RESOLUTION NO 2004-108 <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary plat <br />of TAPESTRY AT CHARLOTTE'S GROVE on September 27, 2004, and recommended <br />approval to the City Council and; <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council previously considered and approved <br />the preliminary plat of TAPESTRY AT CHARLOTTE'S GROVE on October 15, 2004 <br />and; <br />WHEREAS, the Final Plat and Development Agreement of TAPESTRY AT <br />CHARLOTTE'S GROVE presented to the City Council conforms to the standards of <br />Section 300 and Section 400 of the City Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVER, that the Lake Elmo City Council <br />does hereby approve and accept the Final Plat and Development Agreement of <br />TAPESTRY AT CHARLOTTE'S GROVE as the same as on file with the City <br />Administrator subject to the following conditions: <br />Compliance with the recommendations of the City Attorney and City <br />Engineer. <br />2. No trees shall be cut except within 50 feet of the South line of the plat unless <br />approved by the City Planner. <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council this 7th day of December, 2004. <br />Lee Hunt, Mayor <br />
