CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-142 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT <br />FOR THE COUNTRY AIR GOLF <br />WHEREAS, at its December 12th meeting, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission <br />reviewed and recommended approval of a Site Plan Amendment for Country Air Golf <br />located at 404 Lake Elmo Avenue, <br />WHEREAS, at its December 20th meeting, the Lake Elmo City Council reviewed <br />the site plan amendment for Country Air Golf to add an 8 foot walkway to the west side <br />of the previously approved tee enclosures, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council <br />approves the amendment to the Country Air Golf Site Plan to add an 8 foot heated <br />walkway to the rear (west) side of the tee enclosures that were previously approved for <br />the facility in October, 2005; and to substitute asphalt shingles for the roofing previously <br />approved, subject to the conditions prescribed by City Council Resolution 2005 -107. <br />ADOPTED BY THE LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL on the,�O!4zlay-� , r <br />December, 2005., <br />Dean Johnston, Mayor <br />CountryAi rGolfS itel'ian <br />
