CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-117 <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT <br />AND ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR TABLYN PARK — <br />LAKE ELMO HEIGHTS WATER.MAIN EXTENSION <br />WHEREAS, a feasibility report has been prepared by TKDA with reference to the <br />Tablyn Park — Lake Elmo Heights ViWatermain Extension and this report was received by <br />the City Council on November 1, 2005. <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed <br />project is necessary, cost - effective, and feasible, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Such. improvement is necessary, cost - effective, and feasible as detailed in the <br />feasibility report. <br />2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution <br />adopted November 1, 2005, <br />3. Tom Prew, TKDA, is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. <br />The engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such. <br />improvement. <br />4. The City Council declares its official intent to reimburse itself for the costs of <br />the improvement from the proceeds of the 3M Community Grant. <br />5. An Informational Public Hearing has been ordered on said improvement on <br />the lst day of November, 2005 at Lake Elmo City Hall, 7 :00 p.m. and the <br />clerk mailed out the notice. <br />ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council this I st day of November, 2005. <br />Dean Johnston, Mayor <br />
