CITY OF LAKE ELMO WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 20015- 109 A RESOLUTION VACATING PORTIONS OF STREETS LOCATED WITHIN STONEGATE ADDITION AND STONEGATE SECOND ADDITION WHEREAS, by document dated March 15, 2005, the City of Lake Elmo received a request from property owners who reside within the Stonegate Addition and the Stonegate 2'd Addition areas of the City of Lake E(mo to vacate portions of roadways; and WHEREAS, the request was considered by the Lake Elmo City Council at a public hearing on the 19th day of July, 2005; and WHEREAS, at the conclusion of the public hearing, the Lake Elmo City Council determined that it was in the public's interest to vacate certain portions of Jewel Avenue North, Julep Court North and 8th Street North. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby vacates the following street segments: Z3 1. That part of the existing right-of-way of Jewel Avenue North, according to the plat of Stonegate 2"j, Washington County, Minnesota, which ties southerly of a line tying 5.00 feet northerly of and parallel to the southerly line of said Stonegate 2,d Addition and which southerly line of Stonegate 2"d Addition is also the south tine of the North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 34, Township 29, Range 21. That part of the existing right-of-way of Julep Court North, according to the plat of Stonegate 2'd, Washington County, Minnesota, which ties easterly of a line lying 5.00 feet westerly of and parallel to the easterly line of said Stonegate 2nd Addition, which easterly tine of said Stonegate 2nd Addition is also the east line of the Northwest 114 of Section 34, Township 29 North, Range 21 West. 3. All of the existing right -of -way of Stn Street North within the plat of Stonegate Addition, Washington County, Minnesota.
