CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO: 2005-088 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2010 -2030 <br />LAKE ELMO COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br />WHEREAS, on the 9"` of August, 2005, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission <br />reviewed and recommended approval of the 2010 -2030 Lake Elmo Comprehensive Plan <br />subject to certain modifications. <br />WHEREAS, on the 1.6u' of August, 2005, the Lake Elmo City Council reviewed <br />the recommendations of the Lake Elmo Planning Commission. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council <br />hereby approves the 2010 -2030 Lake Elmo Comprehensive Plan and directs City Staff to <br />submit the 2010 -2030 Lake Elmo Comprehensive Plan to adjacent commu ' ies or <br />review and comment and to the Metropolitan Council for review an pproval. 1 <br />Dean Johnston, Mayor <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 16th day of August, 2005° <br />
