CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005 -077 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 520 SITE PLAN FOR. LINK RECREATIONAL <br />WHEREAS, at its June 13, 2005 meeting, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission <br />reviewed and recommended approval of the application for a 520 Site Plan for Link <br />Recreational, 9200 Hudson Boulevard, to construct exterior site improvements, Minnesota <br />subject to conditions. <br />WHEREAS, at its June 27, 2005 meeting, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission <br />reviewed the applicants redraft of the site plan to show uses and improvements to the <br />entire site rather than just the south portion where the buildings are located, <br />WHEREAS, at its July 1.9, 2005 meeting, the City Council reviewed the 520 Site <br />Plan for Link Recreational, per plans staff dated June 29, 2005, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lake <br />Elmo does hereby approve the Section 520 Site Plan of Link Recreational, 9200 Hudson <br />Blvd., in accordance with plans Staff dated June 29, 2005, and subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. Compliance with the sign regulations. <br />2. Compliance with the lighting regulations on the entire site to comply with city <br />standards. <br />3. Compliance with the South. Washington Watershed District regulations deemed <br />applicable by the City Engineer. <br />4.
