CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-070 <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT <br />AND CALLING HEARING ON STREET REPAIRS FOR HILLTOP AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, a feasibility report has been prepared by TKDA with reference to the <br />2005 Street Repairs — Hilltop Avenue, and this report was received by the City Council <br />on July 5, 2005. <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed <br />project is necessary, cost - effective, and feasible, <br />NOW, "I'HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Lake Elmo City Council will consider the 2005 Street Repairs — Hilltop <br />Avenue in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property <br />for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated cost of the improvement of $150,770.00. <br />2. A Public Hearing has been ordered on said street repair project on <br />the 2nd day of August, 2005 at Lake Elmo City Hall, 7:00 p.m. and the <br />clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br />improvement as required by law. <br />ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council this 5th day of J , <br />Dean Johnston, Mayor <br />A 'rTr7 QT. <br />Resol Hilltop Avenue <br />a. <br />
