RESOLUTION NO 2005-065 <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council wishes to add two (2) alternate member <br />positions to the ad hoc Lake Elmo Community Improvement Commission. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council <br />hereby amends Sections 2 and 3 of Resolution 2003-064 to read as follows: <br />2. Members. The Commission shall be comprised of seven (7) regular <br />members and two (2) alternate members, who shall be appointed by a <br />majority vote of the Lake Elmo City Council. The Commission shall <br />select a chairperson from among its regular membership. Alternate <br />members may vote on matters which come before the Commission in the <br />absence of regular members. <br />3. Term.
