CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON O TY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005- 062 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SECTION 520 SITE PLAN FOR <br />CITY of LAKE ELMO <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo has submitted a Section 520 Site Plan for <br />construction of a Public Works and Parks Garage and a Water Tower. <br />WHEREAS, at its June i3, 2005 meeting, the Planning Commission reviewed and <br />recommended approval of this site plan per plans presented by staff, as the same on file <br />with the City Administrator. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council for the City of <br />Lake Elmo does hereby approve the Section 520 Site Plan based upon the recommendation <br />of the Planning Commission. <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Co cil on the 215 da 005. <br />an Johnston, May r <br />
