CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005- 048 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SECTION 520 SITE PLAN <br />FOR 11051 STILLWATER BOULEVARD <br />WHEREAS, Bahr Management, has submitted a Section 520 Site Plan for <br />site modifications and a 2,046 square foot addition to 11051 Stillwater Blvd., and <br />WHEREAS, at its March 28, 2005 meeting, the Planning Commission <br />reviewed and recommended approval of this site plan per plans staff dated March 9, 2005 <br />as same on file with the City Administrator, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Relocation of the proposed monument sign to a point not less than 15 feet <br />from the south edge of the MnDOT highway easement; or, elimination of the <br />sign from the Site Plan. <br />2. Confmnation from the applicant that the installed height of the parking lot <br />lighting fixtures be no more than 20 feet above grade — regardless of pole <br />height. <br />3. Compliance with the requirements of the City Attorney, City Engineer, Valley <br />Branch Watershed District (as found applicable by the City Engineer) and <br />MnDOT. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council for the <br />City of Lake Elmo does hereby approve the Section 520 Site Plan based upon the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission. <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 5"' day of April, 2005. <br />Dean Johnston, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Martin Rafferty, City Administrator <br />
