CITY OF LAKE EI,MO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005- 038 <br />WHEREAS, on the 91h clay of March, 2005, the M & K Development, LLC, <br />("Applicant ") submitted a completed application requesting that the City of Lake Elmo <br />approve an Open Space Preservation Development Concept Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, on the 281h day of March, 2005, at a public hearing, the Lake Elmo <br />Planning Commission reviewed the Development Application, the City Planner's reports <br />and comments, the comments of the Applicant and the Applicant's representatives; and <br />recommended approval of the Development Application; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lake Elmo City Council <br />hereby: <br />Approves the Open Space Concept Plan for FARMS OF LAKE ELMO as <br />illustrated on a M& K Development, LLC Concept Plan prepared by Folz, Freeman, <br />Erickson, Inc., staff dated March 18, 2005 with the following conditions: <br />1. Compliance with recommendations of city engineer; <br />2. Compliance with city trail system plan; <br />3. Compliance with VBWD that the city engineer finds to be practical. <br />4. Removal of lettering from the entrance wall.. <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Co nci n the 5"' a ,of Aril, 20 <br />a, Mayor <br />
