2. In regard to the configuration of Outlot D: <br />a. Lot lines shall be adjusted as necessary to ensure that proposed Outlot D <br />is a minimum of ten (10) acres; or <br />b. It shall be combined with proposed Lot 1, Block 1; or <br />c. In the event that the City Council approves the open space <br />development- concept for proposed Outlot A, its use shall be restricted <br />So that it can only be used in conjunction with the proposed open space <br />project on proposed Outlot A. <br />3. That the proposed preliminary plat shows a 48 acre OP project plan rather <br />than a 68 acre OP project described preliminarily by Attorney Beck and <br />generally illustrated on Exhibit 1. <br />4.
