Minor Subdivision — Brook-man Yd Addition <br />City of Labe Elmo <br />Washington County, Minnesota <br />Resolution No. 2005-025 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SECTION 520 SITE PLAN AND <br />MINOR UBDIVI IO TO LAKE ELMO PROFESSIONAL CENTER, LL <br />WHEREAS, Lake Elmo Professional Center, LLP, has made application to the <br />City of Lake Elmo for a Minor Subdivision pursuant to Section 520 and Section 400.07 of <br />the Lake .Elnio Municipal Code of the following described parcels of land; to wit: <br />Lot 1, Block 3, BROOKMAN 3RD ADDITION <br />And <br />Lot 2, Block 3, BROOKMAN 3RD ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered this Section 520 <br />Site Plan request at its February 14, 2005 meeting. and recommended that the Section 520 <br />Site Plan be denied based upon the following Findings: <br />1. The absence of a wastewater treatment plan that meets standards of Section <br />700 of thA Lake Elmo Municipal Code. <br />2. Asphalt shingles do not meet architectural standards of the .Lake Eln ?o <br />Municipal Code. <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission reconsidered this Section 520 <br />Site Plan request at its March 14, 2005 meeting, and recommended that the Section 520 <br />Site Plan be approved subject to the following condition: <br />1. Submission of a wastewater treatment plan and construction that meets <br />standards of Section 700 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code. <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered this Minor <br />Subdivision request at its February 14, 2005 meeting, and recommended that the Minor <br />Subdivision be denied based upon the following Findings: <br />I. The Section 520 Site Plan was denied.. <br />VVHIEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission reconsidered this Minor <br />Subdivision request at its March 14, 2005 meeting; and recommended that the Minor <br />Subdivision be approved subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Vacate existing drainage easements and replace with easements along <br />boundary of newly created parcel. <br />
