CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006 -119 <br />A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID FOR. INSTALLATION <br />OF THE SCADA SYSTEM <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the installation of the <br />SCADA System, bids were received, opened, and tabulated according to law, and the <br />following bids were received complying with the advertisement. <br />Contractor Base Bid <br />Telemetry & Process Controls Inc. $66,155.00 <br />In Control Inc. $78,180.00 <br />Automatic Systems Co. $94,900.00 <br />Engineer's Estimate $100,000.00 <br />AND WHEREAS, Telemetry & Process Controls Inc. is the lowest responsible <br />bidder. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LAKE <br />ELMO, MINNESOTA: <br />The mayor and clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract <br />with Telemetry & Process Controls Inc., for their base bid of $66,155.00, in the <br />name of the City of Lake Elmo for the installation of the SCADA System, <br />according to the plans and specifications therefore approved by the City Council <br />and on file in the office of the city cleric. <br />2.
