CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-037 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE OPEN SPACE PRESERVATION <br />DEVELOPMENT FINAL PLAT, OP FINAL PLAN, AND DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT FOR DISCOVER CROSSING <br />WHEREAS, on the 16th day of August, 2005, the Lake Elmo City Council <br />approved the OP Development Stage Plan, Preliminary Plat and OP Conditional Use <br />Permit for Discover Crossing.. The property is legally described as: <br />The East one -half of the Northeast Quarter (E % of NE '/4) of Section Two (2), Township <br />Twenty -nine (29) North, Range Twenty -one (2 1) West, according to the plat on file and <br />of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Washington County, Minnesota. <br />Excepting: <br />The East 787.00 feet of the North 657.77 feet of the Northeast '/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of <br />Section 2, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota, as <br />measured at a right angle to the East and North lines of said Northeast '/4 of the Northeast <br />'/4 respectively. <br />WHEREAS, on the 18t" day of April, 2006, the Lake Elmo City Council reviewed <br />the Final Plat of Discover Crossing. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Lake Elmo does hereby approve and accept the Final Plat, per plans staff dated April 13, <br />2006 and Development Agreement for Discover Crossing, as the same on rile with the <br />City Administrator based on the following conditions: <br />1. Compliance with the recommendations of the City Forester as determined by the <br />City Planner. <br />2.
