CITY OF !, <br />WASHINGTON i' <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007 -093 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2008 GENERAL FUND BUDGET <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo is required to adopt a formal budget for the general <br />fund revenues; <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo held it's Truth in. Taxation. Hearing on December 3, 2007; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council closed the public hearing on the 2008 general fund <br />budget at the close of the meeting on December 3, 2007 without need for continuation; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council held a subsequent hearing on December 4, 2007; <br />BE IT RESOLVED the Lake Elmo City Council adopts the 2008 general fund budget <br />in the amount of $3,504,237 <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 4th. day of December, 2007. <br />Dean Johnston <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Susan Hoyt, City Administrator <br />This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo <br />on the 4th day of December 2007, by a vote of 2 Ayes and 1 Nays. <br />Mayor Johnston - Aye <br />Council Member DeLapp -- Nay <br />Council Member Park - Aye <br />
