CITE' OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br />RESOLUTION NO 2007-088 <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council has authorized and directed the City's <br />Comi-nunity Improvement Commission to review priorities for the City of Lake Elmo <br />application for 2008 Community Development Block Grant funds, and make its <br />recommendations to the City Council; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Community Improvement Commission has provided its <br />unanimous recommendation to the City Council to apply for 2008 CDBG funds for the <br />continuation of the Cimarron Neighborhood Gas Service Rehabilitation Project; and <br />WHEREAS, the hands being requested with the application are in the amount of <br />$80,000 for the continuation of the Cimarron Neighborhood Gas Service Rehabilitation <br />Project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council concurs in the <br />recommendation of the Community Improvement regarding the 2008 CDBG application; <br />and., authorizes and directs the City Administrator to prepare and submit the 2008 CDBG <br />Application to Washington County responsive to this Resolution of the City Council. <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on November <br />Dean A.
