CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007- 80 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT FOR WHISTLING VALLEY 3Rd ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary plat <br />of WHISTILING VALLEY 3" ADDITION on may 14, 2007, and recommended approval <br />to the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council considered and approved the <br />preliminary plat of WHISTLING VALLEY 3RD ADDITION on July 17, 2007; and <br />WHEREAS, the Final Plat, OP Final Plan and Development Agreement for <br />WHISTING VALLEY 3RD ADDITION presented to the City Council conforms to the <br />standards of Section 300 and Section 400 of the City Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council does <br />hereby approve and accept the Final Plat, Final OP Plan and Development Agreement <br />for WHISTLING VALLEY 3" ADDITION as the same as on file with the City <br />Administrator subject to the following conditions.- <br />1. Adherence to all plan modifications requested by TKDA in their final plat <br />review memo dated October 10, 2007. <br />2.
