CITY OF LAKE EL MO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007-077 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK <br />FOR THE 2006 OVERLAYS PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on August <br />16, 2006, Valley Paving, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the 2006 Overlays <br />project in accordance with such contract. <br />WHEREAS, the one-year Warranty for the improvements began on <br />October 9, 2007, and will end on October 8, 2008, and a one-year Warranty <br />inspection will be completed in September, 2008, and the contractor will be <br />required to repair or replace, as directed by the City, any work or materials that <br />are found to be defective, at the Contractor's sole cost and expense. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the work completed under said <br />contract is hereby accepted and approved, and, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Administrator and Mayor are <br />hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment on such contract, <br />taking the contractor's receipt in full. <br />Date: October 16, 2007 CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />0 <br />ATTEST: <br />Susan L.
