CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO 2009-057 <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING AND ACCEPTING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT <br />FOR 2010 STREET AND WATER QUALITY IMPROVEMENTS AND CALLING <br />HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS <br />101 0 a 0 a a <br />1. The City Council will consider the improvements in accordance with the rep <br />and the assessments of the abutting properties for all such portion of the col <br />of the improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statues, Chapter 429. <br />2.
