PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUB;ATION `- <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE 8036 <br />The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo STATE OF MINNESOTA) does hereby ordain as follows: ssSection1. AMENDMENT. Sections County of Ramsey ) 1402.170, 1402.180, 1402.190 and 1402.200 of <br />the Lake Elmo Municipal Code is hereby amended, <br />along with all other Ordinances and parts of ordi- <br />nances, in conflict therewith, and said ordinance Eugene D. Johnson, being duly sworn, on oath says that he is theshallreadasfollows, to wit: <br />1402.170. Animal Control Officer.
