PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF-k-OBLICATION 1 OCT z 1991 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />COUNTY OF WASHINGTON <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 8054 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION <br />16021070A WIDTH OF DRIVEWAY IN THE <br />RESIDENTIAL ESTATES (RE) ZONING DIS- <br />TRICT, AND SECTION 1602.0701 DISTANCE <br />FROM DRIVEWAY TO SIDE LOT LINE IN <br />RESIDENTIAL ESTATES ZONING ORDINANCE <br />The Lake Elmo City Council hereby ordains <br />that Sections 1602.070A and 1602.0701 is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />1602.070A <br />A. WIDTH: The maximum width of any <br />driveway and curb cut shall be twenty-four (24) feet, except that in the Residential Estates (RE) <br />zoning district, the maximum width at a lot line <br />shall betwelve (12) feetand the maximum width at <br />the public street shall be eighteen (18) feet. <br />1602.0701 <br />I. DISTANCE FROM DRIVEWAYSTO SIDE <br />LOT LINE: A driveway must beat least five (5) feet <br />from any side lot line, except that in the ResidentialEstates (RE) zoning district, a driveway must beat <br />least ten (10) feet from any side lot line. <br />EFI ECTIVE DATE: This Ordinance shall be <br />effectFr the day following its publication.
