PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF I -vBLICATION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />COUNTY OF WASHINGTON <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 80-69 <br />AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION <br />701.040 (D)(3)(k)(1)(c) TO THE LAKE ELMO <br />MUNICIPAL CODE <br />The Lake Elmo City Council hereby ordains <br />that Section 701.040 (D)(3)(k)(1)(c) is hereby <br />added to the Lake Elmo Municipal Code to read as <br />follows: <br />c) Manhole covers must be secured in one <br />of the following manners: by installation of a cover <br />weighing 75 pounds, or greater; or secured by <br />means of bolting. <br />Adoption Date: Passed by the City Council <br />of the City of Lake Elmo, the 18th day of August, <br />1992. <br />Effective Date: This ordinance shall be ef- <br />fective the day following its publication. <br />David Johnson, Mayor <br />Attest: <br />Mary Kueffner, City Administrator <br />Published in the St. Croix Valley Press September <br />2, 1992. <br />AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />County of Ramsey ) <br />ss <br />Eugene D.
