PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />COUNTY OF WASHINGTON <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 8075 <br />AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PLATTING <br />MONUMENTATION <br />The Lake Elmo City Council hereby ordains <br />that Section 401.360(C) of the Lake Elmo City <br />Code is amended; and Section 401.360(D) is <br />added to the Lake Elmo City Code to read as <br />follows' <br />401.360(C). A second monumentation shall <br />be required following the final grading and comple- <br />tion of streets, curbs and utility improvements for <br />a plat in order to insure that all irons and monu- <br />ments are correctly in place. <br />401.360(D). Proofofthefinal monumentation <br />shall be in the form of a surveyor's affidavit that <br />said monumentation is complete. The surveyor's <br />affidavit shall be submitted to the Washington <br />County Surveyor's Office and to the City of Lake <br />Elmo within oneyear fromthe date of recording the <br />plat or prior to the issuance of building permits, <br />whichever event occurs first. <br />Effective Date: This ordinance shall be ef- <br />fective the day following its publications. <br />Adoption Date: Passed by the City Council <br />of the City of Lake Elmo the 20th day of October, <br />1992. <br />David Johnson, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Mary Kueffner, City Administrator <br />Published in the St. Croix Valley Press November <br />11,1992 <br />AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />County of Ramsey ) ss <br />Eugene D.
