PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF F-t:rBLICATION <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF WASHINGTON <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />ORDINANCE NO. 8077 <br />AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO <br />EXCEPTIONS TO PLATTING <br />The Lake Elmo City Council ordains that <br />Sections 401.042(A), 401.042 (A) (2) of the Lake <br />Elmo Municipal Code are hereby amended to <br />read as follows: <br />401.042 (A). A minor subdivision is a divi- <br />sion of land which results in no more than two <br />parcels; and <br />I . Each resultant parcel, individually or when <br />combined with an abutting parcel through an <br />approved lot consolidation procedure, equals <br />or exceeds the minimum lot requirements <br />forthe zoning district in which the property islocated; or, <br />2. In those cases where the City Council deter- <br />mines that it is not reasonably possible for <br />each such resultant parcel to comply with <br />the provisions of Section 401.042(A)(1), <br />parcel through an approved lot consolida- <br />tion procedure shall at least cause a cur- <br />rently nonconforming lot to become less <br />nonconforming. <br />The Lake Elmo City Council ordains that Section <br />401.042(A)(3) is hereby repealed. <br />Effective Date. This ordinance shall be effective <br />the day following its publication. <br />Adoption Date.
