CITE' OF LADE ELM® <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2012- Oai <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo will act as the sponsoring unit for the <br />landscaping project in the Village Area on the State Trunk Highway 5 to be conducted <br />during the period April through July of 2012. <br />"WHEREAS, Sarah Hietpas is hereby authorized to apply to the Minnesota <br />Department of Transportation for funding of this project on behalf of the City of Lake <br />Elmo, with Nick M.
