CITY OF ,, <br />COUNTY _ <br />MINNESOTASTATE OF <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION ANT <br />DECLARING , VACANCY <br />WHEREAS, City Staff received written notice of Council Member Mike Pearson's resignation, <br />WHEREAS, Council Member Mike Pearson's letter indicates that his resignation will be <br />effective on January 7, 2013, when his term as Mayor of the City of Labe Elmo begins. <br />NOW, THERFOR.E, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby accepts the <br />resignation of Council Member Mike Pearson and declares a vacancy in the council seat held by <br />Council Member Mike Pearson, effective on January 7, 2013 when his term as Mayor of the City <br />of Lake Elmo begins. <br />2013.ADOPTED BY THE LAKE ELTMO CITY COUNCIL ON THE FIFTEENTH DAY OF <br />JANUARY <br />(Seal) <br />ATTEST: <br />Adam Bell <br />City Clerk <br />By:. <br />Mike Pearson <br />Mayor <br />
