a portion of the residential lots along Olson Lake Trail that will be connected to municipal <br />sanitary sewer service in the future. Said Comprehensive Plan Amendment includes a map <br />of the properties to be served. <br />2) That the City has conducted a feasibility study that documents it is reasonable and cost- <br />effective for the City to provide sanitary sewer service to the identified properties along <br />Olson Lake Trail. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that based on the foregoing, the Lake Elmo <br />City Council hereby approves an amendment to Chapter V1— Wastewater Facilities of Lake Elmo <br />Comprehensive Plan to serve a limited number of residential lots along Olson Lake Trail with <br />public sanitary sewer service, subject to and contingent upon the following;: <br />1) Submission of the Comprehensive Plan Amendment to the Metropolitan Council and the <br />receipt of formal notification from the Metropolitan Council that its review has been <br />completed and approved. <br />ADOPTED BY THE LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL ON THE SEVENTH DAY OF MAI <br />1013. <br />(Seal) <br />ATTEST: <br />A am Bell <br />City Clerk <br />2 <br />Resolution No. 2013-37 <br />
