CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />M-1 SUMAM-61 "11 "' <br />M-111 F,111 I Wind 11101101,0KRIFF&W <br />2D)HK .. 12-11011"m 1 <br />MAX -0113 <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Zoning Code (§ 154.406) allows for accessory structures to be <br />located nearer the front lot line than the principal structure in rural zoning districts by resolution of <br />the City Council. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 154.406, Mike and Delise Conroy, 11991 30d' Street <br />North, have made a formal request to the City Council to allow for the construction of an accessory <br />building closer to the front lot line than the principal building. <br />WHEREAS, City staff reviewed the request and determined that no negative impacts or <br />nuisance would result from locating the structure in the proposed location <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council for the City of Lake <br />Elmo hereby grants permission for construction of an accessory structure nearer the front <br />property line than the principal structure at 11991 30th Street North, per plans received by staff <br />dated May 25, 2007, subject to the following condition: <br />The size of the approved accessory building may not exceed 1,300 square feet in size, <br />which is the maximum size allowable in rural zoning districts on properties 2 to 5 acres in <br />size. <br />Dated: June 3, 2014. <br />Mayor Mike Pearson <br />ATTEST:" <br />Adam Bell, City Clerk <br />(SEAL) <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof. <br />5 <br />and the following voted against same: () <br />
