M <br />for Inwood Avenue (CSAH 13) and 10th Street (CSAR[ 10). <br />15) The applicant must provide sidewalks on both sides of Street B to better serve the single <br />family residential area. <br />16) Additional trail segments along the east side of Inwood Avenue from 5"' Street to 10th Street <br />and along 10th Street from Inwood Avenue to the Greenbelt Buffer Trail must be <br />incorporated into the plans. <br />17) The applicant must work with the City to ensure compliance with the City's shoreland <br />provisions and the standards of the SWWD and MN DNR related to shoreland areas of <br />designated public waters. <br />18) The development plans must be updated so that all multi -family housing is located south of <br />5th Street.
