Council Member Smith reiterated her belief that the entire Council should be notified and included in important <br />decisions. <br />Council Member Reeves stated his support in relying on Mayor and administrator or staff determinations that are urgent in nature. <br />City Attorney Snyder: no update <br />Community Development Director Klatt: Savona final plat has been signed. Home construction should <br />begin in next week or two; downtown market study will be brought to council soon. <br />City Engineer Griffin: no report. <br />Finance Director Bendel: no report. <br />City Clerk Bell: Absentee voting for the 2014 State Primary Election has begun. Absentee ballots are now available at Washington County. Voters can also apply for absentee ballot online.
