I'M KI I W01 all I 11IM =W9 _N THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA DOES HERA RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, the City Council previously passed Resolution No. 2015-32, noting its interest in vacating Permanent Public Roadway and Utility Easement pursuant to Minnesota Statute § 412.851 on the subject property legally described as: Lots 1, 2, and 3. Block 2, Lots I , 2, 3, and 4, Block 4, and Outlots D and E, HUNTERS CROSSING IST ADDITION, according to the recorded plait thereof, Washington County, Minnesota. "Im WHEREAS, that said drainage and utility easement located in the City of Lake Elmo, County of Washington, State of Minnesota is described as follows, to -wit: That part of a 120.00 foot wide easement for public roadway and utility purposes created by document number 3967889, lying over, under, and across Lots 1, 2. and 3, Block 2. Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block 4, and Outlots D and E, HUNTERS CROSSING IST ADDffION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Washmigton County, Minnesota.
