Official Statement, The Preliminary Official Statement relating to the Bonds, dated as of May 9, 2016 prepared and distributed by Northland Securities, Inc., is hereby approved. Northland Securities, Inc., is hereby authorized on behalf of the City to prepare and distribute to the Purchaser within seven business days from the date hereof, a Final Official Statement listing the offering price, the interest rates, selling compensation, delivery date, the undeiivriters and such other information relating to the Bonds required to be included in the Official Statement by Rule 15c2-12 adopted by the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The officers of the City are hereby authorized and directed to execute such certificates as maybe appropriate concerning the accuracy, completeness and sufficiency of the Official Statement. 9.04. Authorization of Payment of Certain Costs of Issuance of the Bonds. The City authorizes the Purchaser to forward the amount of Bond proceeds allocable to the payment of issuance expenses to the Registrar on the closing date for fin-ther distribution as directed by Northland Securities, Inc. 9.05. Effective Date. This resolution shall be in fall force and effect from and after its passage. Upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof - and the following voted against the same: whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. a
