iji 111 i 11 <br />a Ll 1. <br />WHEREAS, the City is required to adopt a final 2017 general fund budget payable 2017 and <br />certify its final property tax levy payable in 2017. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo held it's Truth in Taxation hearing on December 6, 20161 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Eftno closed the public hearing on the 2017 General Fund, Debt <br />Fund and Library Fund budgets at the close of the meeting on December 6, 2016 without need for continuation; <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City adopts the final 201.7 General Fund, Debt Fund and Library <br />Fund Budgets, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Lake Elmo, County of Washington, <br />Minnesota that the following sums of money be levied for the current year, collectible in 2017, upon taxable <br />property in the City of Lake Elmo, for the following purposes: <br />Total General Fund Levy $1,818,847 <br />Total G.O.
