upon an application for a variance shall be final, except that any aggrieved person may have any <br />decision or order of the Board reviewed for an appropriate remedy in district court as provided <br />by law. <br />§ 31.11 TERMS OF OFFICE. <br />(A) Council Members. Two Council members shall be elected for four-year terms at each <br />biannual election. <br />(B) Mayor. The Mayor shall be elected for a four-year term commencing with the regular <br />municipal elections to be held in 2008. The first four-year mayoral term shall commence on <br />January 1, 2009. <br />SECTION 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon <br />adoption and publication in the official newspaper of the City of Lake Elmo. <br />SECTION 3. Adoption Date.
