CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />COUNTY OF WASHINGTON <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 08-145 <br />AN ORDINANCE RENAMING A STREET IN THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO. <br />SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo hereby renames Layton Avenue <br />North as platted in the Brookman 3d Addition Plat: <br />SECTION 2. <br />Subd. 1. For the purpose of this ordinance, the terms defined in this section shall have <br />the meanings ascribed to them. <br />Subd. 2. Existing Street Name. The term existing street name shall mean the name by <br />which a street is designated on the Brookman 3rd Addition Plat. <br />Subd. 3. New Street Name. The term new street name shall mean the name by which <br />a street shall be known from and after the effective date of this ordinance. <br />SECTION 3. The Existing Street Name of Layton Avenue North as designated on the Brookman <br />3rd Addition Plat shall have a New Street Name of Wildflower Drive North. <br />SECTION 4. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon <br />adoption and publication in the official newspaper of the City of Lake Elmo. <br />SECTION 5. Adoption Date.
