The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo hereby amends Title XV: Land <br />Usage; Chapter 154: Zoning Code, Section 154.036 as follows: <br />§ 154.036 OZD - OVERLAY ZONING USE DISTRICT. <br />The following overlay districts are designed to promote orderly development or to protect some <br />specific sensitive natural resources. These district regulations are in addition to, rather than in <br />lieu of, regulations imposed by the existing basic zoning use districts. These districts are defined <br />and established as follows: <br />A. Flood Plain— See §§ 151.01 through 151.14 of this Code; <br />B. Restrictive Soils Overlay District — See §§ 150.200 through 150.203 of this Code; <br />C. Wetland Protection and Preservation Overlay District — See §§ 150.215 through 150.219 <br />of this Code; <br />D. Shoreland District — See §§ 154.800 of this Code; <br />E.
