b. The Planning Director shall review the request and either approve or deny <br />the extension. The Planning Director's decision maybe annealed to the <br />Board of Adjustment pursuant to & 154.108 of this Code <br />2. Subsequent requests for extensions and extensions for more than one (1) __year: <br />a. Subsequent reauests for extensions and reauests for an extension of more <br />than one (1) year must be made to the City at least 30 days prior to the <br />ex iration of the variance. In order to make the request the applicant <br />shall submit an application on a form provided by the City and pay an <br />application fee in the amount set forth in the City's fee schedule The <br />request for the extension must include facts demonstrating that a good <br />faith attempt has been made by the applicant to complete or utilize the <br />variance that was granted. <br />b. The Planning Commission shall review the request and shall make a <br />recommendation to the City Council as to whether the City Council should <br />a prove or deny the request. <br />Revocation. The Board of Adjustment may revoke a variance if any conditions <br />established by the Board as part of granting the variance request are violated. <br />(Ord. 08-085, passed 7-2-2013) <br />SECTION 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon adoption <br />and publication in the official newspaper of the City of Lake Elmo. <br />SECTION 3. Adoption Date.
