Zoning Map Amendment. The following property is hereby rezoned from <br />RT - Rural Development Transitional to LDR-PUD - Urban Low Density Residential - <br />Planned Unit Development, HDR - Urban High Density Residential and C - Commercial <br />as depicted on the attached "Exhibit "A": <br />The West Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 33, Township 29 North. Range 21 West, lying north <br />of the north right of way line as shown on State Highway Right-of-way Plat No. 4 of 12, State Project <br />8282 (94-392) 902, Washington County, Minnesota. (Abstract) <br />AND <br />The Northeast Quarter of Section 33. Township 29. Range 21, less and except: Parcel No. 4 of <br />Washington County Highway Right-of-way Plat No. 41; and Parcel No. 3 of Washington County Highway <br />Right-of-way Plot No. 42, Washington County, Minnesota. (Torrens) <br />SECTION 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon <br />adoption and publication in the official newspaper of the City of Lake Elmo. <br />SECTION 3. Adoption Date.
