4. No more than thirty (30) percent of the rear yard area may be covered by accessory <br />structures. <br />5. Garage doors or openings shall not exceed fourteen (14) feet in height. <br />D. Exterior Design and Color, All Accessory Structures. The exterior building materials, design and <br />color of all accessory building or structures shall b-= similar to or compatible with the principal <br />building, with the exception of the following accessory building or structures: <br />1. Gazebos <br />2. Swimming pools <br />3. Tennis and sport courts <br />4. Other structures in which the required design is integral to the intended use, such as a <br />greenhouse. <br />SECTION 7. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon <br />adoption and publication in the official newspaper of the City of Lake Elmo. <br />SECTION 8. Adoption Date.
