(A) The provisions of this ordinance are severable. If any provision of this ordinance or the <br />application of any provision of this ordinance to any circumstance is held invalid, such <br />invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of this ordinance, which can <br />be given effect without the invalid provision or application. <br />150.314 AUTHORITY <br />(A) This article shall become effective upon its passage and publication in accordance with <br />the law. <br />Section 4.
