G6- G 14 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO ALLOW THE CITY COUNCIL TO EXTEND THE "NO <br />WAKE" REQUIREMENTS UNDER THE WATER SURFACE USE <br />ORDINANACE FOR SPECIAL EVENTS <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo hereby ordains that Section <br />97.21 subdivision (B) is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />(B) Hours of operation. No person shall operate any motorboat at a speed other than a <br />slow, no -wake speed between sunset and noon the following day unless an alternative no - <br />wake time period is established by the City Council as part of a special event. <br />Section 2.
