STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF WASHINGTON <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />ORDINANCE NO.08-021 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE BUFFER SETBACKS IN 19 EXISTING OPEN <br />SPACE PRESERVATION (OP) DEVELOPMENTS <br />WHEREAS, Section 150.180, Subd.
