CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 97- I94 <br />AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE TERMS OF OFFICE FOR <br />MAYOR AND COULCILMEMBERS <br />The Lake Elmo City Council hereby ordains that Section 200.01 Subd. 12 is <br />hereby added to the City Code to read as follows: <br />200.01 Subd. 12. Terms of Office. <br />A. Councilmembers. Two Councilmember's shall be <br />elected for 4 year terms at each biannual election. <br />B. Mayor. The Mayor shall be elected for a 4 <br />year term commencing with the regular municipal <br />elections to be held in 2008.
