Sexually Oriented Uses Oro,..ance Planning Commission; 8-13-07 <br />(a) Restricts minors by reason of their age; or <br />(b) Has as its principal activity the sale of devices and other products which: <br />1. Stimulate human genitals or devices which are designed to create <br />sexual stimulation or excitement; or, <br />2. Are otherwise designed to stimulate or arouse sexual excitement in any <br />manner whatsoever, specifically including, but not limited to, items <br />such as inflatable dolls or similar devices; or, <br />3. Is distinguished or characterized by an emphasis on Specified Sexual <br />Activities or Specified Anatomical Areas. <br />(13) Adult Sauna. A sauna which excludes minors by reason of age, or which <br />provides a steam bath or heat bathing room used for the purpose of pleasure, <br />bathing, relaxation, or reducing utilizing steam or hot air as a cleaning, <br />relaxing or reducing agent, if the service provided by the sauna is <br />distinguished or characterized by an emphasis on Specified Sexual Activities <br />or Specified Anatomical Areas. <br />(14) Adult Steam Room/Bathhouse Facility. A building or portion of building <br />used for providing a steam bath or heat bathing room used for the purpose of <br />pleasure, bathing, relaxation, or reducing, utilizing steam or hot air as a <br />cleaning, relaxing or reducing agent if such building or portion of a building <br />restricts minors by reason of age or if the service provided by the steam <br />room/bathhouse facility is distinguished or characterized by an emphasis on <br />Specified Sexual Activities or Specified Anatomical Areas. <br />(C) Specified Anatomical Areas. "Specified Anatomical Areas" are defined as <br />follows: <br />(1) Female. Less than completely and opaquely covered human genitals, pubic <br />region, buttock, anus, or female breast(s) below a point immediately above the <br />top of the areola; and, <br />(2) Male. Human male genitals even if completely and opaquely covered. <br />(D) Specified Sexual Activities. "Specified Sexual Activities" are defined as follows: <br />(1) General Sexually Oriented Acts. Actual or simulated: <br />(a) Sexual intercourse; <br />(b) Oral copulation; <br />Section 1336. Adult Establishments pg 6 <br />
