CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO.97-133 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.97-129 ADOPTING THE <br />DEVELOPMENT MORATOIRUM <br />RELATING TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF FENCES <br />1. Amendment: Pursuant to Section 1360.07, Subd. F of the Lake Elmo Municipal <br />Code is hereby amendment as follows: to wit <br />The Lake Elmo City Council by amendment to this Ordinance removes <br />the residence at 975 Jewel Avenue North from the Development Moratorium relating to <br />the construction of fences based on extenuating medical circumstances, and subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That a fence permit be authorized to be issued only to Chris Addington as the <br />owner of 975 Jewel Avenue North. <br />2. That a fence permit be issued only for a chain link fence, black in color, not to <br />exceed 6 feet in height, (as described in Ms. Addington's letter received by <br />the City on June 4, 2004.) <br />2.
