CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE 97 - 1 -5g <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 307.07 SUBDIVISION 4.K.3. AND 4. <br />RELATING TO CONDITIONAL USES IN THE GENERAL BUSINESS <br />ZONING DISTRICT <br />Section 1. Amendment: Section 307.07, Subdivision 4.H.le. of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code is hereby <br />amended to read as follow, to wit: <br />e. Uses Permitted by Conditional Use Permit: (Amended Ordinance 97-20 on 10-21-97) <br />General Business <br />Bed and Breakfast Facility <br />15 Beds Maximum <br />Boarding Care Facility <br />15 Residents Maximum <br />Day Care Centers <br />40 Children Maximum <br />Family Entertainment Centers <br />Kennels <br />Nursing Care Facility <br />15 Residents Maximum <br />Open Sales Lots <br />Manufacturing <br />Any industrial manufacturing operation in existence within the <br />City at the effective date of this section, including manufacture of <br />wood products and plastic products, may continue the use as a <br />conforming use without a conditional use permit. Nothing in this <br />provision shall otherwise be construed to require the City to <br />authorize any manufacturing use in the general business zone <br />after the effective date of this section. <br />Veterinary Clinics <br />Section 2.
