' .139 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 150 <br />OF THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />TO INCLUDE A DEFINITION OF A FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT CENTER <br />Section 1. Amendment: Section 150 "Definitions" of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code is hereby amended <br />to include the definition of Family Entertainment Center, to wit: <br />Family Entertainment Center <br />Amusement facilities that may include indoor miniature golf, child play areas, arcade games, batting <br />caged birthday party and family celebration moms, indoor soccer/field hockey, children's adventure play_ _ - Deleted:. indoor pint eau <br />gardens and laser tag. Also typically included are a small food and beverage area and a small retail area. <br />All facilities are non-alcoholic and smoke free. <br />Section 2.
