CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE SUMMARY <br />ORDINANCE NO. 97-143 <br />On the 16th day of November, 2004, the Lake Elmo City Council adopted <br />Ordinance No. 97-142 relating to establishing municipal fees for calendar year 2004 <br />and authorized the publication of the following Ordinance Summary by four (4) <br />affirmative votes, as required by Minnesota Statutes 5412.191, Subd. 4. <br />Ordinance No. 97-142 is attached to the Lake Elmo Municipal Code as Appendix <br />A and contains a listing of all fees charged by the City for various zoning, platting, <br />building, licensing and utility uses and permits. <br />A copy of the <br />business hours at th <br />Elmo, MN 55042. <br />Ordinance is available for inspection by any person during regular <br />office of the City Administrator at 3800 Laverne Avenue, Lake <br />F.\users\Janice\Jerry\LE-Ord\2005 Ordinance Summary.doc <br />
