CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO.97-11t'c <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />SECTION 810 — OPEN BURNING PROHIBITED <br />Section 1. Amendment: Section 810.02, Subd. 2 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code is <br />hereby amended to read as follows; to wit <br />810.02 Permits:Recreational Fires <br />Recreational fire means a fire set for cooking, warming, recreational, or <br />ceremonial purposes which does not exceed 3 feet "square" and 3 feet in height, <br />and has had the ground 5 feet from the base of the fire cleared of all combustible <br />material. <br />Section 2.
